The Grove is located on our family's farmland. You may see us from time to time, bailing hay or working on the property to ensure it's in top shape. We are very careful not to disturb our guests and allow them to fully enjoy their stay! Important Tips Before Your Stay A set up package of 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 Free and Clear laundry pods are provided for each booking. All sheets, blankets, comforters, pillowcases, and throw blankets are laundered with free and clear laundry detergent. All items, used or unused, are laundered every time the home is rented. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges Parties or group events are strictly prohibited Once your booking is accepted, we will send you a short-term rental agreement that is to be reviewed and signed within 24 hours of your accepted reservation. It is the renter's responsibility to ensure that all guests abide by the house polices outlined in the agreement. The Grove has a strict no-smoking and vaping policy inside the home, on the porches, and near the home. There is a designated smoking location under the carport with a receptacle. The home is made of cedar, which easily soaks in smells, making future non-smoking guests' stays unpleasant. If you or your guests smoke or vape, there are several Airbnb homes in the area with more lax smoking policies. These devices record video and audio in short snippets and their locations are visible to guests (front and back door, porch, and driveway). Indoor camera use is not permitted in Illinois and is not used at this property. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with any security device, including Ring doorbells, on the property. Doing so constitutes a violation of the rental agreement and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
